LIVE PRODUCING WITH FRANK FOOT

WHAT?

Making a high-level band sound great live is more than just playing the written songs on stage and strengthening the band. In order to put down a good live production, we have to translate songs written for the radio & streaming medium into the 'concert' medium.

In this course we look at how we best approach this process. We analyze song structures and sounds,  and we delve into live multitrack recordings of famous bands.

BY WHO?

Frank Voet, experienced sound engineer and renowned FOH engineer. He is FOH mixer of bands such as Oscar And The Wolf, Bazart, Goose, Breakbot, Warhola, Yong Yello,  Netsky Live,  Lost Frequencies, etc .

His enthusiasm, musical passion and clear vision make him an ideal teacher for this subject.

FOR WHOM?

Any mixer who wants to take a live mix to the next level. Anyone who wants to give greater added value to 'mixing a group' and who wants to create a 'dyke of a sound' together with the band in order to give the audience an optimal concert experience.
